funyinFeb 28, 2018, 14:02Arrived and when I unpacked it, hubby checked it out and asked if he could shower with it that evening. Had just put out fresh towels/wash cloths in the bathroom and so surprised when he walked out after showering with a dry clean washcloth in his hand and said... am keeping the sponge, that's all I want to use when I shower!

Tom KFeb 28, 2018, 14:01This is a great bath sponge. I decided to try a natural sponge rather than the man made material type of sponge. The latter tore easily and did not last long at all so I decided to try a natural sponge. It is really great ... soft and absorbent. I completely rinse it each time and it drys completely and odorless. I highly recommend this sponge.

BardasheepFeb 28, 2018, 14:01I bought the 6-7inch size and still cut it in half because it was so big. I didn't notice a chemical smell - the smell reminds me of being near salt water more. My husband said it reminds him of wet dog, though, so maybe it's not the best smell to everyone. It lathers well and doesn't look like it will fall apart any time soon. Glad that it's a reusable and eco-friendly product!

Cassandra McKinneyFeb 28, 2018, 14:00My guy is very particular about what he uses to bathe with. I usually buy him the expensive spa sponges from the store but this time I wanted to try a real, natural sponge. He was very pleased with it! It exfoliates well and is huge! Plus it costs less than half of what I normally pay. You can tell it is truly from the ocean as it has the smell but that wears off after a few uses.

Flower ChildFeb 28, 2018, 13:59I have used several natural sponges over the past 10 years and this is the softest sponge I have ever owned. I also love how fast this sponge dries - no musty smell. I will never buy any other type of natural sponge again. I'm sold.

Midwest MarkFeb 28, 2018, 13:58A very soft, but durable sponge. Larger than I expected. I cut it in half so it's like getting 2 for the price of one.

EZLSMFeb 28, 2018, 13:57I love this sponge. It's really easy to get all the soap out of it and no matter how much I squeeze it, it goes right back to its original form. It cleans very well and I find that it's neither too rough or too soft so it's perfect for me. I was never a fan of the pouf-like sponges in that they didn't seem to clean very well and were rather effeminate for my taste.
I'd get more for the rest of the family but they'd be no way to tell them apart so I may have to be selfish on this one. -
cleanFeb 28, 2018, 13:57You will be delighted with the lather that a sponge delivers.
Say good-bye to your wash cloth and switch to sponges, particularly this large one. You will be delighted with the lather that a sponge delivers, but you have to use a liquid soap to get the best lather. The delight of being able to lather away with something soft and able to clean the body better than that old piece of cloth that has been foisted off on us for years is truly amazing. You must remember to thoroughly rinse the soap out of the sponge after use. That will keep the sponge lively and almost ageless. You will not regret buying this. -
from Amazon CustomerFeb 28, 2018, 13:11Have been looking for these--in natural sponges (the only worth using in the shower for my money) it is hard to find good ones. When I saw these labeled wool (a grading of sponges I hit buy in a flash) live up to expectations. Shower gels rinses out in a flash unlike synthetics that are hard to get free of the bubbles.

Lisa NgoFeb 28, 2018, 13:10so far loving it! I appreciate that it's so soft, and it's been a great decision to ditch the plastic loofah. Honestly, I was surprised that it's as soft as it is, since it's my first time using sea wool. The x-large size is not overly large. It's big enough for a good grasp while lathering the body, and does create a nice foam. I'm petite and I think it's better than a smaller one that will not cover well. One tiny piece of sponge did fall off after I used it for about a week, so I'll keep an eye on how long-lasting these are. From what I understand they do last a while.
